An exciting vacancy for a Paediatric Care Manager is currently available in the areas of Galway/Limerick, Dublin and Tullamore. The key focus is the care and supervision of children living at home that require comprehensive holistic support packages to improve their quality of life. Essential Criteria: Registered Paediatrics nurse with NMBI. Minimum 5 years clinical experience ideally two years in a senior position. Clinical management of Paediatric home care cases, devising care plans and risk assessments. Experience of leading a team and delegating tasks to nurses and HCAs, organizing rosters and coordinating treatment programs across a range of disciplines. Conducting visits, educating and supporting families with empathy and compassion. Must hold a valid driver's license. Benefits: Excellent competitive salaries. Full-time permanent position.
