Lead Recruiter Onsite : Responsible for ensuring ownership and responsibility for driving the day to day recruitment process. Proactive engagement with the business to understand current and future needs. Consulting with and supporting Hiring Managers through that process. Owning and having responsibility for driving recruitment projects to ensure the operational recruitment always exceeds our defined KPIs. Planning and driving the recruitment cycle, being aware of upcoming roles and completing the active roles with the best quality candidates whilst meeting internal and customer performance objectives. Identify the recruitment challenges and providing a solution in the most cost effective and timely manner. Requirements : 1 - 2 years Agency or Inhouse Recruitment experience. Thrives on working in a fast moving, creative, flexible entrepreneurial environment. Ability to effectively influencing internal and external stakeholders.
