I am looking for a Professional experienced candidate from a Corporate Banking, Structured Finance or Corporate Finance background. Excellent structure credit and wholesale banking knowledge with 5-10 years experience. Excellent Product/market/sector knowledge (access to clients on a high level. Strong interpersonal, client relationship, influencing and communication skills. Assertiveness with the ability to challenge others in constructive wayAble to manage and resolve conflict and other challenging issues. Able to quickly develop and make use of personal credibility to communicate complex issues simply and compellingly to influence senior business leaders. Able to establish a position of trust with senior leaders to provide interventions and counsel that helps in driving team and individual performance.
