As a Senior Business Analyst you will work as part ofour global retailer onboarding team. Our department manages technical retailer relationships with regards to the delivery of weekly or monthly Point of Sale data Within operations, our team ensures receipt and loading of Point of Sale and related data with all our retailer partners. This candidate will play a key role in ensuring all new set-ups will be complete and compliant in a project oriented environment. This candidate will be required to analyze the retailer’s raw data within our proprietary systems and articulate the technical requirements internally and externally. The candidate will also be responsible for escalated production issues. In addition, this role acts as a liaison between all internal Ops/IT teams and the retailer for onboarding, production (troubleshooting tickets) and will lead and/or support the issue detailed investigation, risk / impact analysis for the business, and the internal and/or external communications. This position encourages forward thinking to improving onboarding procedures and is further encouraged to provide input to future improvement opportunities. The role requires close coordination with the Global Retailer Engagement team as well as other internal departments, including Retailer Business Group, Client Services, Product, Global Operations and IT. This position will require quarterly trips toNürnberg, Germany. OverallResponsibilities: Be the main technical point of contact for retailers. Educate all retailers on our end to end technical onboarding process and drive the technical onboarding calls. Strengthen retailer partnership and enhance collaboration. Ensure our compliancy requirements and timely deadlines are met for onboarding new retailers. Partner with retailers with a strong sense of urgency on requests and issues while adhering to time sensitive outcomes. Ensure proper communication and hand-off procedures to Operations and other teams are adhered to. Translate data results into meaningful summaries to support business decisions. Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for overall Retailer Engagement Department. Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Studies, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Experience working with Point of Sale data, EDI (852, SLSRPT, INVRPT) and or Supply Chain data. 5+ years of experience with data analysis, ideally data feed management and client services. Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments. Excellent analytical and technical skills. Excellent client facing communication and negotiation skills. Preferred, not required: data collection, configuration and analysis methodologies/tools such as Databases (Oracle preferred) and Unix/Linux, SAS, SQL, Ab Initio, API. Ability to work on multiple priorities and /or projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative environment with minimal supervision. Embraces teamwork and possesses ability to effectively work cross functionally. Fluent in German, English.
