Our client is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager for a Highly Reputable Pharmacy Chain on a Full Time Permanent Basis in Leitrim . Driving is a significant requirement for this role - Therefore you must have your Own Transportation and full clean Drivers Licence! Your Role: You will have a proven record of successfully managing teams . The Retail Manager will drive daily sales, ensuring targets are met, and oversee stock control. You will ensure oversee the merchandising in-store. The successful candidate will supervise the functioning of the staff. You will develop excellent product knowledge and respond to customer queries accordingly. Your role will encompass excellent customer service skills. The Retail Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through customer feedback initiatives. You will train and develop new staff and manage rosters. The successful candidate will oversee the financial transactions of the store. You will ensure that the store policies are upheld. Experience & Requirements: Driving is a requirement - you must have your OWN TRANSPORTATION and full clean DRIVERS LICENCE! Previous experience in People Management - dealing with HR, reviews and rota planning. Previous Pharmacy Management experience desirable. Strong attention to detail and visual appeal in order to arrange the merchandise alluringly. Excellent observation and analytical abilities. Ability to foster and develop staff moral and productivity. Excellent presence of mind and ability to make decisions under pressure. Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
