A Catering Officer is required by a Three Q TEMPS client in the midlands. At least three year's satisfactory experience in the direction and control of the catering arrangements for an institution or other establishment catering facilities. Excellence in H&S, HACCP & Team management is crucial to the role. Salary is in line with HSE Payscales for a Grade 1 Catering Officer. Shifts are full time with weekend work on rotation. Manage a team of Catering Assistants, Supervisors and Chefs. To ensure the facility is kept to a high level of cleanliness and Health and Safety standards are maintained. Qualifications and Skills. Must have a high degree of food hygiene including HACCP. Three years+ experience in the direction and control of the catering arrangements for a large institution or facility.
