Recruitment Specialist. You will manage all open vacancies across the business and conduct the process of hiring the best qualified candidates internally or externally using various sources. To provide a value add service to the Business in order to attract high quality candidates and appropriately screen all applicants. Core Responsibilities: Consultancy and Business Enablement. Sourcing. Role Profile and Competency Selection. Administration and Data Analytics. Assessment/Aptitude Testing/Feedback. Risk and Compliance. Experience & Behaviours. Must have a passion for recruiting; identifying talent, sourcing, screening and placing candidates with a strong emphasis on quality of hire. Proven record at developing relationships and building talent pools. Ability to deliver results with little supervision and to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns. Proven experience in managing 360 end to end recruitment assessment process including competency / behavioural based assessment techniques. Have experience advising on, owning and executing a sourcing strategy on behalf of a group of hiring managers.
