Recruitment Partner. Role Summary: Part of a great HR team you will devise creative recruiting and resourcing strategies for a variety of complex requirements. Developing talent pools via a wide range of networking and community building will be at the heart of what you do. Build and develop the employer brand and to provide a candidate experience that is second to none, attracting followers and promoters alike. Managing relationships with the established recruitment panel you will work towards cost optimisation and a critical review of the services provided with quarterly strategic summaries to be provided to management. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the attraction of quaity hires and retention of the best staff, while growing a talent pipeline. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Department Managers on a regular basis proactively identifying future hiring needs. Deploy a candidate attraction strategy using various social channels and media. Design and implement overall recruiting strategies and graduate recruitment as needed. Develop, update and analyse job specifications as needed undertaking job analysis to document appropriate job requirements and objectives. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods. Assess applicants' experience and aptitudes. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection process; Manage recruitment administrator who will support the end to end process. Experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent A HR background. Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter inhouse or agency. Experience of implementing an automated recruitment processes.
