You will be based in their new EMEA offices in Cork City Centre and have the opportunity to grow and develop in a highly dynamic environment. With practitioners in over 70 different countries globally, HealthKit is one of the widest networks of practitioners and patients in the world. Key responsibilities: Build relationships with the organisation’s clients and support them to get the most out of their software through providing client support via phone and email. Training and coaching customers on various complex workflow issues. Respond to queries in accordance with set SLA’s. Provide solutions to user queries and ensure an accurate and highly reliable service is provided. Project manage various system related projects for the EMEA market. The successful candidate: IT or related qualification. Experience dealing with challenging/complex applications and work flows (health insurance, accounting software packages etc. Exceptional verbal and written skills. Ability to problem solve and provide solutions. Strong logic capabilities and the ability to predict customers’ issues before they highlight them.
