Customer Service Executive – Telemarketing. Ballsbridge, Co Dublin. €23,000 Plus Commission (OTE €30,000. An opportunity has now arisen for Customer Service Executive to join their team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will perform a range of administrative and telemarketing activities to support our client’s clinic in Ballsbridge. With your primary focus on reception and teleappointing/telemarketing, you will ensure the clinic is a welcoming place to attend and colleagues’ diaries are filled with appointments. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will: - Meet and greet visitors and patients. - Follow up on leads and enquiries and highlight the benefits of our client’s hearing services. - Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner and book in appointments with Hearing Aid Dispensers. - Maintain the filing system. - Sell over the counter (OTC) products and trouble-shoot. Interested? If so, you will need: - A high level of proven customer service experience. - Telemarketing experience. - Previous office and/or secretarial experience. - Excellent telephone skills and manner. - A professional standard of computer literacy with particular focus on Microsoft Office. As a Customer Service Executive, you will also need strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload effectively and manage a high volume of leads.
