Our client is a global leader and highly regarded business within the food manufacturing sector. They have huge focus on employee engagement and delivery to customer. They are currently seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to join their growing global finance team supporting the EMEA region. This Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) opportunity will be sitting Financial Planning and Analysis team and will be responsible for forecasting, analysis and commercial support for the various business brands. The Role. Key responsibilities would include: Preparation and ownership of the monthly management pack including reconciliation of regional financials, liaising with regional finance teams, review and understanding of monthly submissions and commercial aspects of the business. Management of the budget and forecast processes including global roll up of regional financials with comparators and explanations of volume, product/customer mix and rate variances to previous year budget. Liaising and developing key relationships with the finance teams in various regions such as US, EMEA, LAPAC. Providing support to the head of investor relations on related analysis required for quarterly results announcements. Business partnering with the Chief Marketing Officer on marketing spend analysis including monthly regional brand analysis, effectiveness of spend, innovation performance metrics and other elements of analysis as required. Proactively initiating the development and improvement of reporting and forecasting tools. Participating in various projects where relevant. Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling as required. The Person. In order to be considered for this permanent Senior FP&A Analyst role, you will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with relevant FP&A experience in a similar role within a multinational environment. Ideally you will have a strong background in audit from one of the "Big 4" or "Top 6" practice firms. Specific requirements for the successful candidate would include: You will be qualified (ACA, ACCA) and have approx. 3 years' post qualification experience in FMCG, retail or Pharmaceutical. Strong influencing and communication skills. Self-starter, who can work within a team and across geographical boundaries. Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Business Objects. Detailed financial modelling experience. Strong attention to detail, analytical and logical decision maker. Results driven, must be able to work under pressure across a global organisation. Experience in managing, motivating and influencing in an environment of rapidly changing workload, tight deadlines in the context of high client expectations. Excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to deal with and manage multiple stakeholders across the business. The Benefits.
