ICDS Group is continuing are exclusive partnered with a Multinational Construction Cost Advisory company, to help find a suitable Practice Lead for their new European HQ, that will be based out of either Dublin or Cork. We are looking for an ambitious Senior / Principal / Director level Quantity Surveyors, with extensive local market knowledge, to join as the companies European No.1 here in Dublin. The highly successful PQS firm owned by an Irish serial entrepreneur, do business globally with industry leading clients across Commercial, Residential, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors. As the Practice Lead PQS in Ireland, your role would involve delivering for existing property developer clients here, along with guiding new QS's and generating new business, all supported by a strong leadership team in HQ. ** Interviews commencing Nov 23rd ** WHAT YOU NEED: Senior PQS Background (at least. RICS / SCSI membership. Strong market knowledge in Ireland and UK. Ability to win new business. Leadership skills. Experience onboarding new team members is a bonus.
