Position: Bar Staff. Looking for experienced Bar Staff with strong communication and listening, a friendly, relaxing demeanor, able to provide polite and quick service to create a great experience for customers at wonderful locations in Dublin and Surrounding areas, working one off shifts or being placed on ongoing rotas. Flexible hours, competitive rates and holiday pay. Responsibilities: Prepare, mix and serve drinks and beverages correctly to either customers directly or through serving staff. Respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion. Attempt to limit problems related to customers' excessive drinking by following established procedures. Arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays, ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas. Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies, order and restock bar, inventory. Following instruction by site management. Ability to work efficiently and keep calm, under pressure. Cleanliness: Being clean and neat when serving food and drinks will help create a great first impression to your customers. Requirements : Proven work experience as a bar staff - Knowledge of food industry. Professional level of English communication skill (written and verbal.
