Castlemartyr Resort is currently recruiting a Reservation Agent. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a four or five-star hotel environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities. To help the revenue department reach predetermined targets, while at all times ensuring that the defined 5* standards are implemented and adhered to. To ensure that all guests / staff receive the highest levels of service standards, courtesy and professionalism at all times. To communicate effectively with guests and potential guests in a professional manner. To ensure you have extensive knowledge of the hotel facilities, bedroom categories, rates, services, menu content etc and of local amenities, transport and places of interest to ensure that you can respond fully to any guest enquiries accurately.
