We are currently looking for both temporary receptionists and administrators for temporary/contarct opportunties in Dublin. Responsibilities: Answering and screening all incoming calls. Meeting and greeting visitors upon arrival; issuing visitor passes if required. Organising travel arrangements, catering and couriers when necessary. Maintaining the reception area. Ordering and keeping track of office supplies. Diary management and organisation of meeting rooms. Carrying out administrative duties as required. Requirements: Experience working in a similar position/environment. Excellent telephone manner. Excellent organisational and communication skills. IT proficient.
