My client, an established general building contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage the construction of a 20-unit housing project in Arklow. Requirements: • Engineering or Construction Management qualification. • 8 + years site management experience. • Experienced managing residential projects from start to completion. • Good IT skills and site administration experience.
