Our client is an established civil engineering contractor. They work with many of the leading residential contractors and developers on projects throughout Dublin, Meath and Kildare. They take projects from greenfield to DPC level and they have a reputation for the quality of their work and their excellent safety standards. My client now has a vacancy for a Site Agent to manage a new project in South Co Dublin. The works will include all site works for a 40-unit housing project bringing it from greenfield to DPC level. The successful person will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the site, ensuring the project runs to programme while ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard while maintaining the company’s excellent safety standards. Requirements: • Experienced managing residential groundworks projects from start to completion. • Must have an engineering background or have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the civil engineering required on a residential project of this scale. • Must be able to plan ahead to ensure projects milestones are met. • Must be a good communicator. • Good IT skills.
