Co. Leitrim: Retail Manager - Pharmacy. Exciting opportunity for ambitious Retail Manager to oversee Leitrim Pharmacy. Job Function: This job comes with a lot of autonomy and responsibility. You will ensure oversee the merchandising in-store. You will supervise the functioning of the staff. You will develop excellent product knowledge and respond to customer queries accordingly. Ensure customer satisfaction through customer feedback initiatives. Train and develop new staff and manage rosters. Drive daily sales to ensure targets are met. Oversee stock control. Check the financial transactions of the store. Ensure that the store policies are upheld. Skills. The skills and specifications of a Retail Manager include: Driving is a requirement - you must have your own transportation and full clean driving licence. Previous Pharmacy Management experience desirable. Previous experience in People Management - dealing with HR, reviews and rota planning. Attention to detail and visual appeal in order to arrange the merchandise alluringly. Excellent observation and analytical abilities. Ability to foster and develop staff moral and productivity.
