Responsibilities: Supervising a medium to large team. Training, developing and motivating staff members. Analyzing commercial reports to increase profit. Achieving and exceeding targets and KPI's. Adhering to all back of house and front of house procedures. Maintaining store standards. Delivering excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff members.
