An exciting opportunity to join Ireland’s leading independent manufacturer of concrete construction materials. Our client is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Co-ordinator. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) within a busy, fast-paced environment. Duties: Update and maintain Business and Management systems. Update Contracts Tracking system and ensure leads are followed up. Update Health and Safety Management System to ensure compliance with Safe-T-Cert and close out all issues arising from audits etc. Update Machinery Fleet Management system ensuring defects are addressed and closed out. Administration and maintenance of Contract files. Provide assistance with Project billing, Project tendering and Project costing. Identify areas of improvement to existing systems. Be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times. Requirements: Recognised 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, construction Management, Cost Engineering is desirable. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Knowledge of construction contracts essential. Experience in Construction industry an advantage. Experience of business management systems desirable.
