You will manage the accounting function of the business, meeting all revenue obligations. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for accounts and revenue returns including VAT / PAYE / RCT and year end accounts. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Reconcile all receipts. • Contact supplies where short-falls of receipts exist. • Enter all receipts via Autoentry (Full training provided. • Cross-check receipts with QuickBooks. • Create invoices as required. • Understand and provide cost reports to the management team. • Manage and return all VAT / PAYE / RCT and year end accounts in a timely fashion. • Provide Profit & Loss reports on completed works. • Ensure compliance with Revenue requirements. • Report weekly and monthly on key performance metrics. • Processing expenses. Desired Skills and Experience. • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in similar role. • Ability to understand, manage and deliver Profit & Loss Reporting. • Decisive, self - motivated with excellent time management skills. • Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Innovative, creative and proactive with a solution-oriented approach. • Flexibility in line with business requirements. • Commercially focused and aware. • Ability to work on own initiative and act independently whilst being able to work successfully as part of a team. • Full, clean driving licence.
