Peter Mark are currently recruiting for a part-time (one day per week) Salon Coordinator to work every Saturday with our fantastic team in Malahide. The Role: You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the front of house, supervision of the salon team while coordinating the clients visit to the salon in a warm and professional manner. Our ideal candidate will : Be passionate about delivering excellence in all aspects of the role. Have high standards in relation to being the first point of contact and the first impression of the salon for new and existing clients. Strive to ensure that the clients receive a consistently excellent service during every visit. Embrace and represent the Brand Values of Teamwork, Respect, Excellence, Integrity, Consistency and Fun . Be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with the clients and team alike. Take pride in their appearance and presentation appropriate for Front of House in a salon. Have cash management experience. Be actively involved in achieving and motivating the team on reaching and exceeding salon targets. Have a genuine interest in business goals and the beauty/fashion industry. Demonstrate strong sales skills and an interest in our retail products. Be willing to travel to other Peter Mark salons on occasion if needed. Thrive on working under pressure. Be computer literate. Requirements: At least one to two years’ experience in a customer service and cash handling environment with strong supervisory skills are necessary. You must be eligible to work in Ireland.
