CSC Partners Recruitment are delighted to once again work on a retained basis with this award-winning client who are in Cork City Centre in the tourist hub. We are consulting with this company to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a part-time basis, 20 hours a week either mornings or afternoons or a mix of both. This long-established retail/wholesale and manufacturing business has an unenviable customer base from counter sales to large corporate catering. Role involves managing the following: Day Books, records and reports. Checking invoices. Dealing with drivers and customer service team. Managing AR and AP function. Bank Reconciliation’s. Liaising with customers via phone and email. Liaising with both owners, team and external auditors. You will be: Proven accounts administrator. Fluency in spoken and written the English language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be professional and confident and experienced in customer service. Strong time management skills as this is a busy environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Interested?
