Quality / Regulatory Administrator – Successful Medical Supplier. Limerick. €Excellent DOE. Our client is a leading supplier of medical devices and consumables. They are now looking for a Quality / Regulatory Administrator to join their highly-skilled team in Limerick. Working alongside industry-leading experts, you will have the chance to learn, grow and increase your expertise within an engaging and supportive environment. As a Quality / Regulatory Administrator, you will ensure the effective and efficient running of our client’s Quality Department. In this diverse role, you will help to maintain the company’s quality standards, ensuring that they operate in-line with HPRA and EU requirements. Specifically, you will: - Help to manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and address any issues of non-conformance. - Approve new suppliers and maintain supplier records. - Inspect supplier pre-shipment documentation. - Perform incoming inspections and log any non-compliances. - Work with the Quality & Regulatory Manager to review, update and maintain policies and procedures. - Log and follow up on any customer complaints. - Assist with internal quality audits. Interested? To be considered, you will need: - Experience of handling quality and/or regulatory matters, ideally within a medical devices company. - A qualification in a quality-related discipline. - A degree level qualification in a scientific and/or engineering discipline. Organised and methodical, as a Quality / Regulatory Administrator, you will be a clear communicator with a great eye for detail.
