Sales Executive. Our client, a Wexford Showroom, in conjunction with Gemma Hayes Recruitment, now seek to recruit a Sales Executive. Please note, the basic salary for this role is €20,000 non-negotiable, however, candidates will receive 4% commission on all sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Reaching agreed sales targets. • Liaising with customers, manufacturers and distributors. • Moving goods using forklift to the correct place in the warehouse. • Monitoring paperwork and keeping appropriate record of goods received, sold etc. • Preparing despatch notes and labels. • Compliance with all health and safety and security procedures. • Maintaining the showroom in a tidy manner making sure all packing material and debris is cleaned away immediately. The ideal candidates must have: • Excellent communication skills. • A hands-on proven track record of reaching sales targets and margins. • Be highly motivated. • Must have at least 2 years retail experience in the household sales industry. • Must be well groomed and presentable at all times. • Must be fully IT Literate. • Must be well organised. • Must be a good timekeeper. • Must be a car owner with full clean driving licence. Due to the urgency of this vacancy, our client is not willing to go down the road of work permits/visa/sponsorship, therefore, all candidates must have permission to work in Ireland.
