We are recruiting for a Project Manager to manage the construction of a new Student Accommodation project in Co Cork. The project value is in the region of €25M. Our client is an established Munster based building contractor who have an excellent reputation in the construction industry. They have over 50 years successfully completing projects throughout Ireland for public and private clients in the residential, education, healthcare, pharma, commercial and conservation sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for the project from design stage to completion. He / she will manage a full site team and report to a visiting Contracts Manager. Requirements: • Degree qualified. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working for building contractors. • Experienced successfully managing projects with values in excess of €20M from start to completion. • Previous experience on student accommodation or hotel projects preferred. • Experience on multi-story precast projects and / or using pods would be an advantage. This is a permanent role offering long term employment in Munster. An industry leading package will be offered to the successful person.
