Our Client, based in Dublin 12 requires a Project Administrator on a 12-18 month fixed term contract. Duties:  Performing any other reasonable tasks aimed at improving quality and service delivery within the Company. Demonstrate an ability to understand customer requirements and priorities to make the right business decisions. Working with vendors to request quotes & negotiate pricing. Interact with procurement team, taking ownership of Purchase Requisition from start to finish. Seek vendor order acknowledgments based on PO’s raised. Monitor progress of order. Interacting daily with PM & projects team. Ensuring goods receipt of parts received. Working with 3rd Party Logistical personel. Dealing with Finance regarding invoice issues. Requirements:  Minimum of 5 years’ administration experience in a Customer Services environment with proven record of delivering exceptional levels of service. Experience working in a multi discipline team. Proficient use of SAP & experience using SAP in a project environment. Proficient use of MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
