Business Development & Marketing Manager. Our client is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time 6 Month FTC Contract basis. The position is based in Dublin. Overview. They are a fast growing company boasting some of the world's leading brands as clients. Duties: • Business Development & Marketing Manager working with one of Ireland's fastest growing marketing services companies. • Working with the senior management team you will plan and execute marketing campaigns to grow the volume of qualified sales leads. • You will support the growth of the business. • With the senior management team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within medium and large size organisations. • A varied and engaging role, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hard-working person to work with a market leader. • You will be promoting and selling the fantastic services the company have to offer in the B2B market. • You will have the support of our award winning marketing services team and dedicated budget to make things happen. Requirements: • 3 years plus experience in a B2B business dev and marketing environment. • A high energy, target focused and methodical approach to marketing and business development. • An understanding of effective sales processes/techniques. • Knowledge of Marketing Services. • Ability to create and manage content for advertising campaigns across a broad range of online and offline marketing platforms including the ability to assess their performance. • Experience of using CRM platforms desirable but not essential. • Extensive social and business networks to self-generate new leads and business. • Understanding of SAAS product marketing would be an advantage. • Bring a great attitude to new business generation and an innovative approach to marketing. • They offer extensive training, a competitive basic salary and an excellent uncapped commission and bonus scheme.
