Are you an experienced receptionist with excellent administration skills? Have you experience working in an accountancy firm? This may be the perfect role for you. Brightwater are urgently seeking an experienced receptionist who is people orientated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join an accountancy firm based in Cork. Responsibilities: Managing the front desk reception area. Greeting clients, answering phones and replenishing supplies. Answering and directing phone calls. Other ad hoc administration duties. Requirements: Excellent Communication skills. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a front desk/receptionist role. Ideally prior experience in an accounting department. Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office etc. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to pay attention to detail and follow directions/procedures required, as well as prioritize calls and visitors. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Punctual.
