Role: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) required for a leading HSE hospital in Dublin: This is an excellent Opportunity to join a fantastic team in a a recognised prestigious teaching hospital in the heart of Dublin. Working with the clinical director and business manager, senior clinicians of all disciplines and service users, for developing the annual service objectives and effecting their implementation across nursing services and contributes to the hospital's provider plan with the HSE. Responsible for all admission and discharge protocols, liaising with stakeholders planning and implementing management initiatives. To contribute to initiatives to monitor and track performance targets, develop internal and external comparative systems to support decision making within the directorate and hospital wide. Essential Criteria: Must be registered on the general nursing division on the live register maintained by NMBI. Have atleast 7 years post registration nursing experience.
