HR Manager - Kilkenny 4* Hotel. Our client, a fabulous 4* Hotel in Kilkenny seeking a Human Resource Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR strategy in conjunction with the overall strategy for the hotel.The Human Resources Manager facilitates and supports the work of the General Manager and Management Team in delivering first class people management, which is aimed at maintaining a high-performance culture within the hotel. This is achieved through the provision of a comprehensive people management advice service and includes guiding and managing the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs.Applications are invited from Human Resource professionals with management experience. Hospitality experience would be an advantage but not essential. The Candidate: Previous position of HR manager experience is essential. CIPD qualification in HR or higher. A proven track record in Health and Safety and have a strong knowledge of safe systems of work and identifying risks. Be very organised & have excellent communication skills. Business awareness & commercial focus. Proven track record in working on own initiative.
