Experienced Hospitality Recruiter | Dublin City Centre | 2-3 Years' experience. Three Q PERMS is expanding and we're looking for an Experienced Hospitality Recruiter with recruitment agency experience to join our team in our Dublin offices. As with recruitment in general, this role is about Quality. You are driven and know that delivering a quality service to in demand professionals and hiring companies through your own personal commitment to excellence is key to success - we are interested in how you do business and how it matches with Three Q PERMS values and service delivery commitments. Job Title: Experienced Hospitality Recruiter. Location: Dublin 1. Salary: DOE. Type: Full-time, permanent. Benefits: Established company who has strong contracts already in place for over 18 years. Located at the heart of Dublin 1, easily accessible by public transport. Generous benefits package. Flexible working week. Uncapped commission. Requirements: 2 - 3 years' experience in hospitality recruitment. Experience acquiring new clients. A passion for Quality in everything you do. An Energetic and Ambitious personality. 'Recruiters must provide a majority of their service for free and there still is never a guarantee of earning their commission. [I would venture to say recruiters provide roughly 80% of their services for free]. It is only if their candidate gets selected will they be paid. As a result, it creates a lot of competition, not just amongst competing agencies, but between the many candidates the recruiter has sent to the client......how competitive are you?
