We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a busy office position with a Killarney based business. As a Customer Service Rep, you will ideally have previous experience operating in a busy office environment, deal with incoming customer queries in a professional and timely manner, setting up new customers on the database and general administrative support. The role will also enatil front of house duties as required. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, with staggered commencements times between 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. There will be a requirement to work one Saturday every six weeks between 9 am 1 pm. We are seeking candidates with excellent IT and customer service skills, with a professional and friendly manner. Extensive training will be provided to the successful applicant. If you are a recent gradute seeking a start in your career, we woudl be interested in speaking with you.
