Duties of the role. Responsible for the design, facilitation, implementation and optimization of site Training system. Schedule and facilitate a variety of site training sessions including GMP, EHS, myLearning and other training as deemed appropriate, to ensure business needs are met. Work with the people manager to ensure training needs assessments are conducted regularly. Design, implement and maintain instructor-led, e-learning and other training solutions for the site. Participate in the effective writing/revising/rolling out of accurate training documents while adopting and encouraging others to adopt good instructional design principles. Evaluate training programs, learning methodologies, strategies and technologies to continuously improve training programs and ensure alignment with business needs. Develop and maintain site training materials, including job aids and visual aids, to ensure. alignment with source documents and current practices. Adhere to and provide input on site training processes. Support continuous improvement by active participation in investigations and investigation reports, execution/development of change control, and contribution to Kaizen events as appropriate. Participate in conducting training audits across the site ensuring the site is audit/inspection ready in relation to all training requirements and be the training point of contact for internally and externally audits. Education & Experience. Third level degree required for this role. At least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role ideally in a manufacturing, preferably GMP environment. Knowledge, and ideally application, of industry standard learning methodologies, documentation systems and learning management systems. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, to interface effectively with all levels of colleagues and with external customers. Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
