Position: Quantity Surveyor. Location: Dublin City Centre. Salary: Negotiable. A leading Property Developer is looking to recruit a number of Quantity Surveyors. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years' experience within Construction. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits: Relevant Third Level Qualification within Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics. 2-10 years' experience. Ideally within a Main Contractor or Developer role but others will be considered. High level of reporting skills. Shrewd precise eye for detail. Excellent experience dealing with Sub Contractors. Experience with Residential, Commercial and Retail projects vital for this role. Motivated individual who will go the extra mile. There is a very generous salary and package available for this role.
