Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor. Location: Dublin City Centre. Salary: Impressive. A leading Dublin based consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. Ideally this candidate will come with experience with Data Centre projects. Ideally the candidate will possess the following traits but is not restricted to: Relevant Third level qualification. 5 years' experience plus. A background with Mechanical and Electrical projects a plus. Data Centre development, construction and design a definite advantage. Chartered or working towards chartership ideally. Experience with estimation, tendering, procurement, reporting, analysis and final accounts. Excellent client facing profile with suitable experience within the sector.
