JOB TITLE: Marketing Intern. LOCATION: Donabate, Dublin. COMPANY: Reach Marketing. DESCRIPTION: Reach Marketing is one of the newest and most unique marketing agencies in Ireland. We are currently looking for a Marketing intern to join our team on a 6 month contract with a permanent posistion available. This stimulating and integral internship is the first stepping stone and a rare opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to start their career in Marketing. The role will involve but is not limited to: Reporting directly to the Management Team. Providing various levels of administrative support to the Sales Department including bookings and general daily administration duties. Liaising with suppliers and County Council bodies to assist in the booking and confirmation of campaign locations across Dublin and Regional areas. Assist the compilation of weekly written and photographic feedback reports for various projects. Assist the conduct local market research and compile monthly competitor analysis report detailing events, promotions and market positioning. Monitor campaigns and provide detailed analysis and managment. Orchestration and assembly of merchandise packs for numerous activation projects. Engage in quality control activities such as Mystery Shopping and provide detailed feedback. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Degree or Diploma in Marketing desirable but not essential. Previous experience or exposure to the Marketing industry, ideal but not essential. Outgoing personality with a positive can do attitude. Strong administration and IT skills, able to demonstrate an exceptional level of competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and Adobe Photo Shop would also be desirable. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills and proven ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiastic and meticulous individual with a passion for Marketing, who has the flexibility and composure to work well within a team and take direction but is also capable of working autonomously and use own initiative. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for marketing, good business acumen and is looking for an opportunity that can grow and develop with them. Flexible hours (9:30-5 Mon-Thur, 9:30-3 Fri) and 100 euros per week during internship with 10% commission on all sales and a full time paid posistion also available over the course of the internship.
