As Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the Sales Enablement and training team. The function of sales enablement is a critical element of marketing. Working in enablement you have the power to lift the effectiveness of global sales teams increasing conversion rates resulting in a major impact on the bottom line. The ideal candidate has proven sales linkage experience, is a go-getter with excellent communication and project management skills, has a strong passion for technology, a clean understanding of the sales cycle and process methodologies, has boundless creativity, is incredibly resourceful, loves executing, is hands on and knows how to get the job done and then some! The Marketing Manager will report into the Director of Global Sales Enablement and will perform a variety of sales enablement functions that support the growth and productivity of the global sales team. The Marketing Manager will create and run enablement and performance driving programs, be responsible for growth programs specifically sales dial days globally and support sales training efforts. The Marketing Manager works closely with sales and sales leadership globally as well as other marketing resources within the organisation. Sales processes and methodologies: Strong knowledge of sales methodologies is essential. Create sales process documents by partnering with departments across PGi to identify and execute opportunities for process improvements that will ultimately improve business standards and shorten the selling cycle. Work to improve reporting and processes to gain greater insight into salespeople productivity metrics. Leverage Salesforce.com to track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis. Lead meetings with sales teams and leadership. Converse with key stakeholders from sales, marketing, leadership, operations, implementation services and any other group to gain knowledge of untapped opportunities. Performance: Manage regional and global sales dial days through clever communications, incentivisation, reporting and get up and go initiative. Manage the license and credit allocation administration of the global prospecting tool ZoomInfo Pro. Lead conversations with Sales leadership and Executive management to drive programs that support the strategic plans of the business i.e. conversions, new logo wins, retention. Create a sales engagement model by doing everything in your power to prevent salespeople being roadblocked in selling situations. Well informed sales people convert leads and close opportunities faster increasing revenue. Initiative and an attitude to progress positive change will set you apart here. Incentives: Develop sales contests and incentives supporting dial day activity and on demand training. Partner with the sales operations team to build out global incentivisation programs through clever communications, programs and eye-catching branding. Training: Identify development opportunities and provide learning paths to support process improvements. Contribute actively to improving the sales onboarding experience. Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience, and identify innovative techniques for delivery and consumption. Communication: Ensure that internal communication is interesting, clear and consistent. You will be responsible for crafting content for internal emails. Other: Help PGi measure aggressively by tracking global sales enablement programs. Become a key member of the team that manages the biggest event in the company’s annual calendar, the global sales kick off. Be able to assist in other large scale events across the globe with a can-do attitude. Multi-tasking is a must. Build out creative assets primarily PowerPoint decks to support enablement activity and global Sales and Marketing Town Halls. Manage the creation of documents to support sales from collateral, decks, qualification documents and content surrounding sales events. To do everything you can to lift the effectiveness of salespeople through owning and driving enablement tools and programs. Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Fluency inEnglish is essential. Experience working with sales and sales leadership. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com. Minimum of 3-4 years’ marketing experience in a technology environment. High-level user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. User of content management platforms from email software to survey tools. Preferred Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience. Experience in a marketing agency environment or sales background.
