Excellent opportunity for an experienced Systems Programmer in Dublin City Centre. Enterprise People are currently seeking a Systems Programmer for a leading Dublin based client. Reporting to the Applications Manager, the Systems Programmer will join our client’s highly skilled, multi-disciplinary technical team who are responsible for the development and support of a number of complex financial based systems. The Systems Programmer will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Analysis of business requirements from a solution and technical point of view. Analyse and translate business requirements. Deliver Technical Specifications in line with design standards that accurately detail the technical solutions to be implemented. Establish good working relationships with the business, other teams within IT, Group IT / IT Services and 3rd party vendors and service providers. Work on multiple projects simultaneously. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: An IT Qualification. Good JCL, VSAM, Fileaid, Xpeditor, Endevor and/or Rexx experience. Good Financial Services experience. Good Problem solving skills.
