Enterprise People are currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a leading Dublin City Centre based client. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the IT Project Manager will join our client’s existing multi-disciplinary project team who are responsible for the delivery of a range of large-scale IT Transformation projects across multiple industries. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of high profile projects where your skills and experience will be applied across a wide array of disciplines including project management, organisational change and business transformation. The IT Project Manager will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and agree project scope, outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria to ensure business requirements are understood and agreed. Manage projects through the full project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery (on time, within scope, and on budget) including performing business analysis. Ensure that common and consistent processes and procedures are set, communicated and in place for project planning & management. Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively manage contract deliverables and expectations. Support project work streams across various stages of the project lifecycle. Manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Qualification. 5+ Years Project Management experience. Previous experience working on large-scale business transformation projects. Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers. PM Certification. Strong client facing experience (Consulting a plus. Ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels. Excellent motivational, communication and interpersonal skills.
