To do well in this role you should have previous experience in property maintenance and be highly skilled with various hand and power tools. Our requirements: - proven property maintenance experience (at least 1 year. - good level of English language (written and spoken. - general skills in basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing etc. - full driving licence, good knowledge of Dublin. - over 25 years old.
