The Role: Our client requires a capable Process Development Engineer/Lead to join their R & D function, you will sit within the process development team reporting into the Associate Director of Process Development your main duties will include supporting assigned Process Development projects. This is initially an 18 month contract, however there is a strong likelihood this will extend, internal opportunities will arise. Responsibilities: Develop and execute process development activities focused on study of critical parameters. Prepare, execute, analyse and control all Process Development documentation required during related development/scale-up activities. Analyzes success and failures systematically as learning opportunities. Understands diverse perspectives and expertise, facilitates dialogue and values input. Develops strong, cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Accountable for compliance, results and high-quality execution. The Person: Third level qualification in Science, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Pharmacy (or equivalent education/training/experience. PhD or Masters desirable but BSc with 2-7 years experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing required. Strong technical and project management skills. Communicates effectively in team settings with management and senior leadership.
