This organisation is seeking to appoint a Recruiter with IT recruitment experience, ideally cyber security, for an 8 month contract with a view to permanency. A successful candidate into this position of Recruiter will mean an enhanced delivery of service from the team with a noted increase in employer branding. To optimise the hiring value, the appointee, who will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, will be effective in their ownership of results outlined below. The Role: Provide full life-cycle recruitment support for all internal and external opportunities. Management of stakeholders. Provide a full overview of the talent pipeline and have a proactive approach to future needs. Full management of the recruitment process from the creation of job descriptions, interviewing, interview scheduling, background checks, references and offer/rejection. Work with agencies to support the acquisition of talent and use proactive tools to source directly such as Boolean string searching. Enhance social media presence and drive the employer brand. Attend various networking events to attract talent and drive the employer brand. Preparation and production of critical metrics, providing analysis to improve these. Provide administration support including letter of offer, contract creation, new hire set up. The Person: 4-5 years recruitment experience ideally within the technology sector. Exposure to cyber security is a distinct advantage. Adept at working in a matrixed organisation and managing multiple stakeholders. Possess demonstrable experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle. Experience in working across the EMEA is ideal. Strong administration and reporting skills. Experience in working with recruitment platforms, workday is a distinct advantage. Strong organisational skills, pro-active in working style. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Agility and ability to adapt to suit business requirements.
