What’s the Opportunity ? Not to be completely thrown by the title, this opportunity is for someone who is technically orientated with drawing capability (AutoCAD highly advantageous, even at college level) and is familiar with pricing, specifications, tendering, etc., You will be part of team of 5 sales support executives supporting the field based sales reps across the 32 counties. Reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager, you will experience all the support and guidance necessary to deliver and be confident in your new role. They partner with Tier 1 global brands to supply the best of the best to the Irish Marketplace. Sounds great..! But what will my day be like? Supporting account managers with design, specifications, pricing, sales presentations, tenders as well as client’s day to day queries. Building strong relationships with the existing customer base and handling any inbound queries through phone, email and online. Working with your account managers and support team towards over-achieving monthly KPI’s and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. And of course working with the other departments to develop your knowledge and understanding of the different aspects of the business – Projects, orders, design, marketing, finance and of course sales. YOU? Ideally you will have some exposure or experience with AutoCAD (or similar) or at the very least and interest in learning how to use it. Having worked in a previous sales/sales support or similar environment and have an understanding of the demands and pace of working in a support environment would also be advantageous. We will also expect a high level of professionalism, strong relationship skills and confidence. North Dublin location and an urgent hire. Package €27,000 – €35,000 + bonus + benefits.
