Our client, a well-established BPO in West Cork is currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents to join their team. Key responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for customers and respond to queries via phone, email and post. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Process and log all customer queries and issues. Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in a timely manner. Liaise with clients and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of the contract. Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and provide administrative support as and when required. The successful candidate will possess the following: Fluent verbal and written English. Proven track record providing excellent customer service. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
