Reporting to the Marketing Director of the Irish operations, you will be a key member of the Irish marketing team. This is a collaborative and award winning marketing department with significant marketing and media budgets and desire for continued success. They seek a passionate Food/FMCG/Brand marketer to join their team based in state of the art premises in South Dublin beside the M50. You will lead the development and implementation of the Marketing strategy for the Food Brands. Control the media budget, media planning with full accountability for large P&L and A&P budgets for the food branded business. Overall responsibility for food brand category performance. You will deliver key performance metrics for key brands (Market Share, Penetration, NSV) . Leverage international brand insights in Ireland. Be the brand and consumer insights expert for your portfolio of Food Brands. Own the Brand Flywheel activation model. Optimize product portfolio (NPD and discontinuation). Own brand pricing strategy. Lead and manage our digital strategy for Food. Collaborate with the field sales, customer management, category management and customer marketing teams to ensure excellence in execution of all food related activities. As a senior member of the marketing team drive a high performance culture within the team and wider organisation. Outstanding marketing career opportunity to join this iconic global group.
