Recruitment Resourcer required to join existing PE Globalteam. PE Global is a market leader in recruitmentwithin thePharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, IT, Finance, FoodandShared Servicessectors for contract, temporary and permanent positions. Due to a rapidly increasing market, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. Responsibilities: Source and select candidates. Network and advertise roles aimed at potential candidates. Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies. Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc. Support recruitment consultants as required. Database management. Preparing and posting advertisements for new roles. Monitor/update job boards. Client and candidate liaison in person and phone/email. Following up with candidates and clients during the recruitment process. Coordinating interviews. Reference checking. Requirements: Some experience within a similar position is desired but not essential. Strong attention to detail. Excellent planning and organisation skills. Ability to work under pressure & multi task. Strong communication skill. Be flexible and adaptable. Strong administrative & IT skills. Ability to prioritise/manage time effectively.
