Marketing Executive - Sports. Cork. Working with a Technology software company who are rapidly expanding and looking to recruit a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will lead the idea generation, execution and delivery of retention and reactivation communications with customers. The successful candidate will work with CRM, Acquisition, Brand, Design, Social Media to deliver engaging campaigns and maximise revenue. Duties include: •Reporting to the Head of Acquisition & Retention, you will manage retention & reactivation campaigns from idea generation, to execution, & reporting across email, mobile & social channels. •A/B testing to ensure Marketing communications are optimised and conversion focused. •Document the cause and effect from all test and learn campaigns. •Be the owner of the marketing administrations systems where they generate their emails, banners and landing pages, including Salesforce, ExactTarget & Content Management System. •Work with the Brand and Design team to create Marketing assets. •Work with their social media team to generate content for Marketing campaigns. •Generate weekly reports to measure campaign performance. Skills/experience required: •1 to 3 years experience working in a similar role. •An interest in digital marketing trends, branding & retention marketing is an advantage. •Experience in marketing and / or executing email campaigns. •Experience in email marketing is a plus but not essential. •Ability to quickly understand administration systems such as Salesforce would be ideal not essential. •Ability to focus on pertinent trends from large quantities of customer data. •Ability to work well with others and manage projects from development to delivery in a timely fashion.
