We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to work with an established West of Ireland based general contractor. The initial assignment will be to take over the project management duties and a pharmaceutical project in Sligo as the current PM is being moved to a new project. The successful Project Manager will have the support of a Contracts Manager and will have a Foreman, Site Engineer, Safety Advisor and Technician on site. My client can offer long term work in the West, North West and Midlands. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager with established general building contractors on projects with values in excess of €5M. • Proven history of successfully managing and completing projects to programme and budget. Salary and benefits package will depend on experience.
