We are recruiting an ambitious and dynamic Client Support Specialist to provide high quality support to a global client base. Key responsibilities: Build relationships with the organisation’s clients and support them to get the most out of their software through providing customer service via phone and email. Training and coaching customers and. Respond to queries in accordance with set SLA’s. Provide solutions to customers queries and ensure an accurate and highly reliable service. The successful candidate: Experience in a customer service role dealing with challenging/complex applications and work flows (health insurance, accounting software etc. Exceptional verbal and written skills. Ability to problem solve and provide solutions. Strong logic capabilities and the ability to predict customers’ issues before they highlight them.
